Murphy von Callaway is a wonderful 5 year old German Shepherd. Our volunteer was at the shelter picking up another shepherd when the staff asked her to look at Murphy since he was out of time. The volunteer took him to a play area and Murphy just buzzed around enjoying the grass and fresh air. He came running to her every time she called him over. He loves to nudge your hand with his nose that he would appreciate some ear scratches and a neck rub. Murphy walks right by your side on the leash and will certainly sit for treats of course. He's been good with the dogs he has met so far. He will be perfect for a family that's looking for an affectionate, slightly more mature dog to hang out with.
